Jeannie Lee is has eighteen years of perioperative nursing experience at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She has since served in various staff and leadership nursing roles. Currently, she is an Assistant Director of Nursing in Perioperative Services. Overseeing the operations for the 56 operating rooms across 5 operating room suites. In her role since January 2016, she has since co-led the group that created and implemented a centralized scheduling model for capacity optimization, worked to establish a performance improvement committee for Perioperative nursing, and promoted patient safety goals in Perioperative Services. Jeannie holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in biochemistry and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing, both from the University of Maryland, as well as a Master's of Science degree in Nursing administration and Business administration from the Johns Hopkins University.
