Robin is the Nursing Director of Surgical Services at Lawrence General Hospital. She joined Mass General North Shore as a member of the start-up team in the role of Nurse Manager of the Day Surgery unit in 2009-2019. At MGH she managed 13 different service lines, staffing operations and long-term planning. She worked with leaders from within and outside of the Partners system on program development, new product processes and with Partners teams for standardization of surgical processes and products. She was the Nurse Manager of Surgical Services at Mt Auburn Hospital and the Assist. Clinical Director for a free-standing Ophthalmology Center, Surgisite Boston. She was previously in charge of Orthopedics and Ophthalmology at North Shore Medical Center for 12 years. Robin began her career as a surgical technologist, became an Ophthalmic first assistant, attended nursing school then received her bachelor's degree from Salem State University. She is currently enrolled in the Woods College of Advancing Studies at Boston College in the Master's in Healthcare Administration program. Surgical Services and teamwork have always been her passion and the foundation to providing patient focused, safe, innovative and individualized care through the successes of high-performance teams.
