Lena Fogle RN, BSN, CNOR has spent over 25 years as a healthcare leader with proven outstanding management skills including strategic market planning, program development, financial management and compliance with external regulatory agencies. Lena participated in The Safe Surgery program, a joint effort from the T.H. Chan Harvard School of Public Health and the South Carolina Hospital Association to use and improve the usage of the WHO checklists in hospitals. Lena has extensive experience in patient safety initiatives, quality improvement, and service excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Global Clinical Solutions with the STERIS Corporation, Lena's extensive perioperative background serves as the foundation for her work with Customers bringing clinically meaningful products and solutions to help improve patient and staff safety, create more efficient workflows, and enhance the perioperative environment of care.
