Jennifer Hignett holds her Bachelors in Nursing and is board certified in Peri-Anesthesia Nursing (CAPA) and Medical Surgical Nursing. She has 21 years of nursing experience including 14 years in perioperative services with 9 of those years in direct management. Additionally, she has 7 combined years of post-partum, special care nursery and Neonatal Intensive Care experience. Jennifer currently manages all aspects of Day Surgery, In-patient holding, Endoscopy, two Post Anesthesia Care units, as well as NICU. Jennifer also serves as the Direct Manager for the Bariatric Center of Excellence and Procedural Areas Management Chair monitoring facility compliance of moderate sedation.
