Rebecca Urban, MEd, Project Manager, Cleveland Clinic Rebecca Urban, Med, is a project manager for the Cleveland Clinic within surgical nursing. She is responsible for managing enterprise-wide projects ranging from instrument standardization and continuous improvement to OR and procedural areas. Rebecca received her Master's degree in higher education administration from Kent State University. She provides LGBTQ healthcare education, is a member of the Cleveland Clinic facilitation team, and serves on the ClePride Steering Committee.
