  2. Review techniques for how to engage physicians, your team, and your patients in the ASC.
  3. Explain potential changes to be made in the Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program to address value-based care as it relates to clinical, purchasing, and business processes.
  4. Understand how to sustain the changes made in order to implement a value-based care/value-based purchasing program.
